Information You Provide
When you create an account at PWM Press, we require you to provide the following personal information: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, email address, physical billing address, and telephone number (hereinafter "Account Information"). We will only use your Account Information for reasonable business purposes. We use your email address to uniquely identify you to allow you access to your account and to keep track of your purchases on the Site. We also use your email address to send you emailed newsletters and to inform you of sales and special offers. If you don't want to receive these types of emails from us, you may opt-out. Placing an Order
We require you to create an account if you wish to purchase a Murder Mystery, as defined in our User Agreement. In addition to the personal information you provide to set up the account, we require you to provide billing information including a credit card number and billing address. This information is used for billing purposes.

After you download your purchased Murder Mystery, PWM Press stores only the first four and last four digits of the credit card number you provided us and your billing address.

Third-Party Relationships
When you place an order with PWM Press, we send your credit card information, name, and billing address to our credit card processor or to Paypal to process the purchase transaction. Please visit your credit card or Paypal's website for more information regarding their information collection and use practices.

Email Links
We use email links on our Contact Us page to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have.

We endeavor to respond promptly to every email sent to us. We use the information you provide us to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also retain your comments to improve the site and program, or we may review and discard the information.

Log Files
Our log files automatically store IP addresses. We use IP addresses to administer the site and gather broad information about our customers. We also store IP addresses with invoices for security reasons. We keep this information for our internal use only.

You will be able to edit certain elements of your Account Information in the Account section of our Site. Any changes you make are automatically saved.

To cancel your account, please navigate to the Privacy Settings section of your account, check the box labeled "I understand and I want to delete my account" found in the "Delete Account" section, and then select the "Submit Request" button. We will review your request and either delete your account and applicable personal information or send notification of refusal within 30 days. Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to any purchased content.

We have implemented Google Analytics features based on Display Advertising ( Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting) and Remarketing. Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings.

We, along with third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our Site. This means that vendors including Google will display PWM Press promotional material on other sites you visit across the Internet.

We use data such as age, gender and interests with Google Analytics for internal marketing and external advertising purposes. We do not sell that information to third parties.

Google Ads is an advertising service provided by Google Inc. This service uses the “Doubleclick” Cookie, which tracks use of this Application and User behavior concerning ads, products and services offered.

Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel
PWM Press may from time to time use Facebook Advertising, Facebook Pixel Re-Marketing, and communications. This tool allows PWM Press to understand and deliver ads and make them more relevant to you. The collected data remains anonymous and PWM Press cannot see the personal data of any individual user.

However, the collected data is saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook may be able to connect the data with your Facebook account and use the data for their own advertising purposes (in accordance with Facebook’s Data Use Policy found under: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). Facebook has control of the information gathered through Facebook Advertising, Facebook Pixel Re-Marketing, and communications. You can opt-out of Facebook’s use of cookies and Facebook Pixel Re-Marketing through settings on your Facebook Account.

Microsoft Bing Ads
We use the conversion and tracking tool Bing Ads from Microsoft Corporation as part of our website. Microsoft stores a cookie on the user’s computer to enable an analysis of the use of our online services. The prerequisite for this is that the user has accessed our website through an ad from Microsoft Bing Ads. This enables Microsoft and us to know that someone has clicked on an ad, has been redirected to our online services and has reached a predetermined target page. We only see the total number of users who clicked on a Bing ad and were then forwarded to the target page (conversions). No IP addresses are stored. No other personal information about the identity of the user will be disclosed. Social Plugins
Included on certain pages of the Site are social plugins to external social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+. A page that contains a social plugin will sometimes cause your browser to establish a direct connection with the servers of the respective social networks. PWM Press does not influence the scope of the data collected by the respective social network.
